We designed the brand identity for the HR platform flex. The way an organization operates—its culture, systems, and structure—closely resembles how a sports team functions. From individuals (players) to the organization (team), it forms a tightly connected and organic system. In a company, structured management is essential to achieve team success: a shared goal that requires educating and managing diverse talents within limited time, budgets, and facilities. We built flex’s brand identity by interpreting the stages and types of corporate growth through the lens of sports. This approach allows for a more relatable and widely understood message, aligning the brand with a familiar and dynamic narrative.
